Coming soonRoast Notes
A balanced coffee does not need to be boring. It should be sweet, clear, useful, and repeatable across real brewing conditions.
Coming soonSeasonal
We like limited coffees, but only when they bring something worth talking about. The goal is not novelty for novelty’s sake.
Coming soonBrew Better
If the water tastes bad before coffee gets involved, coffee will not heroically fix it.
A simple scale makes good cups repeatable and bad cups easier to troubleshoot.
Grind, dose, water, time — move one variable so you know what helped.
“Too sour,” “too bitter,” and “actually great” are valid tasting notes.
No secret handshake required.
We use tasting notes to describe what is useful in the cup: sweetness, body, balance, acidity, finish, and how the coffee behaves in real brewing. No one needs to pretend they found moonlit apricot if what they really taste is chocolate and a good morning.
Seasonal Watch
This page will grow as we add real notes, photos, and seasonal coffee updates.
